NEONPYRE// version 1.0 does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay data, player aliases, analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data to SITH2, LLC.

This information remains on your device and is used only to operate the game.
Your device’s operating system may include app data in a device backup managed by you or Apple. SITH2, LLC does not receive or control those backups.
Data Deletion
Deleting NEONPYRE// removes its locally stored data unless the data is subsequently restored through an operating-system device backup.
NEONPYRE// version 1.0 does not provide an account-based deletion request because it does not maintain player accounts or store player data on SITH2, LLC systems.
Third-party Services
NEONPYRE// does not include third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or social-network SDKs.
The included soundtrack is bundled with the application and does not require an online music service.
Children’s Privacy
NEONPYRE// does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users because the app does not collect personal information from anyone.
Future Changes
If a future version introduces an online feature or changes how information is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that feature is released.
